New Firm Closes First Rentals Deal

An article in Real Estate Alert highlights the firm’s latest deal, a majority-equity investment for a $42.5 million project to construct Wesley Place, a 244-unit, four-story apartment building in downtown Indianapolis. The project will include 3,000 sf of ground-floor retail space and a garage. Amenities will include an interior courtyard and a pool. The deal aligns with Standard’s strategy of developing market-rate workforce housing, with a focus on improving access to capital for minority- and women-owned developers.
