New local lead for a developer with big plans in Congress Heights

Washington Business Journal talks with Standard Real Estate Investment Prinicpal Terrance Williams, who recently joined the firm’s D.C. office. His new role includes leading a $290 M redevelopment at the Congress Heights Metro station along with Trammell Crow Co. and NHT Communities. The project will feature 179 residential units.
