Lindsay Louie Joins Standard Real Estate Investments Executive Team as Principal
Minority-Owned Real Estate Private Equity Firm Expands Executive Team
Standard Real Estate Investments, LP (Standard), a minority-owned real estate private equity firm focused on providing joint venture equity to developers, today announced Lindsay Louie has joined the firm as a Principal. She will work closely with the firm’s CEO and President, real estate investment veterans Robert Jue and Jerome Nichols.
“We are excited an executive of Lindsay’s caliber has decided to join Standard,” said Mr. Jue. “Lindsay will play a key role in our organization’s externally facing initiative both with raising capital and with the development of relationships with new investment and development partners on a national level.”
Prior to joining Standard, Ms. Louie served as a Director with CBRE Investment Management where she was responsible for originating, underwriting, financing and closing new investments with a focus on development, value-add and joint venture transactions. During her time at CBRE Investment Management, she handled or participated in new investment transactions totaling over $8.0 billion. Before her tenure with CBRE Investment Management, Ms. Louie was selected to participate in the CBRE Wheel Program, a rotational program where she gained experience in appraisal, investment sales, leasing and financial consulting.
Ms. Louie served as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles County Commission for Women representing the county’s Second District. She earned a BA degree in Government from Harvard College.
