Real Estate Alert included Jernine Kim’s announcement as the lead item in its Grapevine column. Jernine Kim joined Standard Real Estate Investments as principal, and will oversee corporate finance and asset management. Kim was previously a vice president at Arc Capital Partners in L.A., where she spent seven years handling acquisitions and asset management. She also had stints at Oaktree Capital Management, Goldman Sachs, and Deloitte.
